Merchant Guide
Everything a business owner needs to accept payments, send invoices, and get paid with ShadhinPay.
Welcome to ShadhinPay. This guide walks you through running your business on the platform — from creating your account to getting money in your bank account.
What ShadhinPay does for you
ShadhinPay lets you accept payments from your customers through Bangladesh's mobile financial services (MFS) — bKash and Nagad today, with more coming — without negotiating a separate contract and integration for each one.
You get:
- One dashboard for every payment, across every provider.
- One reconciled balance that you can pay out to your bank.
- Invoices you can share by link or QR code, with a public payment page.
- Scheduled payouts to your bank account via BEFTN.
- Webhooks so your own systems learn about payments in real time.
Two ways to connect a provider
When you set up a payment provider for your business, you choose a mode:
| Mode | What it means |
|---|---|
| Partner mode | You use ShadhinPay's merchant relationship with the provider. No separate MFS contract needed — the fastest way to start. |
| Custom mode | You already have your own contract with the provider (e.g. your own bKash merchant account) and plug those credentials into ShadhinPay. |
You can mix modes across providers and across businesses. See Businesses & providers for details.
