Details about ShadhinPay subscription packages, transaction limits, and pricing.
ShadhinPay operates on a flat monthly subscription model with three package tiers: Free, Standard, and Business.

The Free Tier Limit
Every new merchant account is assigned to the Free package by default.
- The 10 transactions/month limit is shared across all businesses under your merchant account.
- The period resets at 00:00 on the 1st of each month, Bangladesh time (Asia/Dhaka).
- Only successful,
COMPLETEDPartner-mode payments count toward your monthly limit. - If you reach the 10 transactions cap on the Free plan, subsequent attempts to create payments will fail with a
SUBSCRIPTION_LIMIT_EXCEEDEDerror (HTTP 402 Payment Required) until you upgrade or renew your plan. - Sandbox (test) payments never count toward the limit.
Custom Mode vs. Partner Mode
- Custom Mode: The monthly subscription fee is ৳299 (Standard package). You use your own vendor accounts (bKash/Nagad/etc.) and pay their charges directly.
- Partner Mode: The monthly subscription fee is ৳499 (Business package). You do not need individual merchant accounts with providers. ShadhinPay handles the payment collection under a partnership agreement. A vendor fee (e.g. 1.5% for bKash) is deducted per transaction, but no extra per-transaction platform fee applies.
Upgrades & Billing
Subscription fees are charged flat monthly. You can check your active package, billing period, and current monthly transaction count from the Subscription page on your merchant dashboard.
